    Remote, UK
     
    The Client


    Datacenter People has been engaged by a leading provider of converged data center and IT infrastructure management solutions.

    What The Job Involves 

    • Compliance and RFP Responses: Understand and analyze requests, draft initial responses using AI tools, and refine them with more specific technical details. 
    • Technical Documentation and Manuals: Learn product features, user interfaces, and best practices. Prepare user-friendly manuals and technical materials to help both customers and internal teams. 
    • Functional Design Support: Gain a solid grasp of data center environments and assist in creating functional design documents that align with project requirements. 
    • Presales Support and Demos: Help prepare demonstrations and proposals. Address technical questions and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth presentations. 
    • PoCs and Technical Support: Work on proof-of-concept projects to showcase product features.  
    • Marketing Activities: Contribute to relevant marketing events, webinars, or trade shows, and support promotional content creation with the Marketing team. 

    We’re Looking for Someone With

    • Basic technical background and a strong interest in technology. 
    • Good communication skills in English – both written and verbal. 
    • Ability to work independently in the UK while collaborating with local and remote teams. 
    • Familiarity with AI tools, or an eagerness to learn, for drafting and refining technical responses. 
    • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
    • Self-motivated mindset, capable of engaging teams and stakeholders remotely. 
    • Presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
