The Client

Datacenter People is partnering with a leading German data center operator that delivers colocation services across a highly secure network of facilities at central points in Europe.

What The Job Involves 

• The Project Manager works on several topics with operational and strategic relevance in the corporate content, in which they're responsible for the analysis.
• Responsibility for the design of data centres in the area of technical building equipment - focus on Low Voltage Security installations.
• Collaboration on the project plan and reporting.
• Collaboration in internal project teams and innovation teams.
• Management of specialist working groups and planners.
• Technical, methodological and analytical support for superiors.
• Supporting communications with authorities.
• Collaboration in the development of a standard design.
• Description of infrastructural adjustments.
• Analyse and supporting process changes. 
• Preparation of presentation documents.
• Support with customer presentations.
• Participation in the commissioning process. 
• Monitoring and ensuring implementation taking into account economic and operational concerns.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Completed studies relevant to the job.
• German / English language skills.
• HOAI and RIBA knowledge.
• Hyper-scale experience.
• Results-orientated thinker. 
• Strong ability to work in a team.
• Planning / scheduling skills; ability to prioritise, decision-making skills analytical and conceptual thinking; creativity; presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
