    The Client

    Datacenter People is partnering with a global leader in power infrastructure for data centers and other mission-critical environments.

    What The Job Involves

    • Study and draw busbar networks on Revit for a data center application.
    • Study and draw on Revit the support of the different busbars.
    • Implement electric objects on Revit.
    • Implement reservations on Revit. 
    • Create presentation plans on Revit to distribute them to clients and have them validated.
    • Create presentation plans on Revit for execution on site.
    • Create schedule on Revit.

    We're Looking For Someone With

    • Several years (> 4-5 years) of experience involved with mechanical/electrical engineering.
    • Information technology industry, data center industry experience preferred.
    • Analytical, accurate, process oriented, team player, self-starter.
    • Pro-active and dynamic personality.
    • Fluent in English.

      What The Job Involves

      We’re Looking for Someone With

      • Proven experience in the operation, installation, and maintenance of data center critical equipment, building systems with in-depth technical understanding and knowledge of all HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and control systems. 
      • Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, including: Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, Chillers, Air handling units, CRAC units and building management systems (BMS). 
      • Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. 
      • Electrical or mechanical qualification. 
      • Ability to write and review operational documents such as SOPs, MOPs, EOPs.

      • In possession of a valid Electrical Certification - Valid for Poland (SEP). 
      • High school diploma or College Degree. 
      • Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, including Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, Chillers, Air handling units and CRAC units. 
      • Good observation skills and problem-solving ability. 
      • Good verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.

      What The Job Involves 

      • Drive projects and teams forward, as well as broad and practical engineering understanding, rather than deep technical expertise in specific systems. 
      • Oversee electrical aspects of design and construction.
      • Ensure effective collaboration across disciplines. 
      • Represent the company confidently in all aspects of electrical project management.
      • Drive project teams and processes forward, ensuring collaboration and alignment with project goals. 
      • Lead discussions and decision-making processes for electrical systems, balancing input from various stakeholders. 
      • Ensure effective communication across teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
      • Provide a general understanding of electrical systems. 
      • Support teams responsible for conceptual design, detailed design, shop drawings and commissioning processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives. 
      • Collaborate closely with mechanical and construction teams to ensure integration of systems. 
      • Act as a key representative for electrical aspects in internal and external project meetings. 
      • Guide the team in identifying and implementing efficient, sustainable, and reliable electrical solutions.

      We’re Looking for Someone With

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. 
      • Minimum of 7+ years' of experience in data center design and construction or equivalent experience in critical infrastructure. 
      • Experience as a Work Package Owner (WPO), as project leader for installation packages, or from other production-oriented roles on site or in similar settings. 
      • Proven experience in leading teams and driving project results. 
      • Fluent in English (Swedish proficiency is not required). 
      • Extensive experience with Electrical Systems. 
      • Strong understanding of safety protocols in electrical construction work. 
      • Understanding of conceptual design and commissioning processes, with the ability to guide teams working on these areas. 
      • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. 
      • Broader project experience outside the design area, especially within the construction process and from the contractor’s perspective, is a plus.
